Everything in HelloRestaurant is free for 14 days, and you don’t need a card to start. There’s one price after that, with every feature included: £29 a month, or £290 a year, which saves £58.
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Go to hellorestaurant.co.uk/for-business and press Start free trial.
- Sign in with your email address or your Google account. With email, we send you a sign-in link, so there’s no password to remember.
Start the trial
Section titled “Start the trial”You arrive on the subscription page.

Choose Monthly or Yearly. This is only the plan you’d move on to after the trial, and you can change your mind before then.

Press Start my free trial. The portal opens straight away.
Create your restaurant
Section titled “Create your restaurant”Press Create your restaurant, then type your restaurant’s name and, if you like, its address. Press Create restaurant, and the portal opens on your bookings page with a checklist of what to set up next:
- Add your phone number and opening hours
- Lay out your tables
- Add your menu
- Choose your web address
- Turn on online bookings
Each item ticks itself off when it’s done. You can hide the checklist once you’re set up.
During the trial
Section titled “During the trial”The days left show at the top of every page. To carry on after the trial:
- Press Add a card at the top of any page, or open your account menu (your initials, top right) and choose Subscription.
- Enter your card details and press Save card.
Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and the page shows the date of your first payment.
Cancel the trial
Section titled “Cancel the trial”On the subscription page, press Cancel trial, then Yes, cancel it. Everything keeps working until the trial’s last day.
Add your restaurant details, so guests can find and call you.
