Your subscription
HelloRestaurant is one price with everything included: £29 a month, or £290 a year. There’s no setup fee, no commission on bookings or orders, and no contract. Your whole team is included.
Only the restaurant’s owner can see billing.
See your plan
Section titled “See your plan”Open your account menu (your initials, top right) and choose Subscription. The page shows your plan, its status and how you’re billed.
The status is one of:
- Free trial: your 14 days, with the date it ends. See Start your free trial.
- Active: you’re subscribed, and everything is working.
- Payment overdue: your last payment didn’t go through. Check your card with your bank, or contact us.
- Cancelled: your subscription ends at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Cancel your subscription
Section titled “Cancel your subscription”
- Press Cancel subscription, then Yes, cancel it.
Your subscription ends at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and everything keeps working until then. After that, you’ll need to subscribe again to use the portal.
